Regarding the corona virus (covid-19) situation, we will share any information that may be relevant to your trip to Kinosaki Onsen & Japan on this page.

Nishimuraya Honkan, Nishimuraya Hotel Shogetsutei, Nishimuraya Ricca & Sanpou Nishimuraya are open for regular business and welcoming guests every day.

SPECIAL NOTICE: residents of Japan irrespective of citizenship may qualify for the “Go To Travel” discount when staying at our properties for a limited time. See this page for details.

NOTE: as of December 28, 2020 the Go To Travel campaign has been temporarily paused. Restart date is currently unknown.

We know many of our guests living overseas are limited by travel restrictions. If you have a reservation with us and your trip is not possible due to travel restrictions, inquire with the website or travel agent you booked with about changing or cancelling.
